How MLSMILE (MLSMILE) handles business enquiries and enquiry lists.

Information you provide
When you contact us, we collect the name, business contact details, country or region, company information and requirements you choose to submit. A sourcing enquiry may also include product references, selected styles, quantities and preferred quotation currency. Please do not submit payment card details, identification documents or other sensitive information through this form.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to review your requirements, prepare quotations, respond to you and keep a record of business communications. When email notifications are enabled, new enquiries are sent to our internal business inbox for follow-up. We do not automatically send customer confirmation emails. We do not use your enquiry details to publish customer testimonials.
Enquiry Lists and preferences
The site uses browser storage for your enquiry list and language and currency preferences. An anonymous browser cookie can link your browser to a saved sourcing draft. Saved lists may remain available after closing your browser, but clearing browser data, private browsing or changing devices can prevent recovery. Anonymous list saving is not an account or cross-device synchronization service.
Website analytics
We use self-hosted Umami to understand page visits, referral channels, campaign links, approximate countries, devices and enquiry conversions. The Umami tracker does not use analytics cookies. Campaign labels may be kept temporarily in your browser tab to connect a submitted enquiry with its referral source. We send only marketing campaign parameters from page URLs, and do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, enquiry messages or internal supplier prices. We respect supported Do Not Track signals and previously declined analytics preferences. Older consent-based business statistics may be retained for comparison. Detailed business-event history is retained for 90 days, and analytics backups are retained for 14 days. Business enquiries are stored separately for follow-up.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, communications and quotation services may process information needed to operate the site and respond to enquiries. Product images and videos may load from external content delivery providers, which receive the network information needed to deliver that media. Enquiry records and quotations are kept for business follow-up and record keeping. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting our team; some records may need to be retained for an ongoing transaction or applicable record-keeping obligations.
Contact and requests
Use the Contact page to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. Include the enquiry reference when available, and avoid sharing unnecessary personal information. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request relates to your enquiry.
